Hi, I am Jarrod, founder of Muscle Ape and head coach.

My background stems from high-level rugby and Professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). I've coached for over 15 years in various sports related fitness and helped many fighters on their way to championship titles. I will find the part of you that will commit, and thrive in a training environment.

Hi, I’m Cathy, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. 

With a background and experience in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Mobility & Flexibility and Boxing instruction my role within Muscle Ape is to help equip you with the skills, knowledge and accountability to make a permanent and consistent change with regards to your Health & Fitness.
